My knee was a pain after an airplane flight— not getting better— no relief. I liked reviews and tried this massager— received this week Sunday— now it’s Friday and my knee is feeling much better— the treatment is soothing and relaxing— very easy. One tip— the unit should be positioned with the bottom lined up with the bottom on the kneecap. Then close the first top strap then the second strap to hold securely. Until I figured this out— the unit wasn’t comfortable and I couldn’t feel the treatment as well. Also— I like the low massage, highest heat and both red light and laser— at the end of automatic session— I apply Penetrex. Another thing that has helped me is watching videos of Dr Sarno and other mind body pain management people— for FREE online. You don’t have to join a “program”. I also started taking joint supplements with boswellin bromelain etc— I will keep using this massager at morning and night because it feels great!!

I was so skeptical about this item when I ordered it that I was planning on what I would try next. I have only had this for two days and on the first use I felt a definite improvement. My ability to walk was truly limited and I was issued a handicap placard for my car. I have now used this device four times and I felt better each time I used it. Directions are easy to understand and the unit is easily installed on the knees. What I have is osteoarthritis that I thought was caused by a bad knee. Doctor told me my knee was fine and my problem was being caused by osteoarthritis. Cortisone didn't work this system seem to be working fine.

I got this for a friend of mine who has had a severely torn meniscus and will eventually need a knee replacement. This device has provided a good amount of pain relief and comfort for her. My brother uses a similar one as well. I have seen others at twice the price, so I thought this was a good value and opportunity to try it. I would recommend trying this product if you have knee pain for whatever reasons.

I used this product for my knee that has been overused playing over 30 years of soccer and the last 5 years of running 5ks. In my knee, I've had pain inside when bending and using weights, pain when I walked up stairs, pain when I do squats. I had finished a workout that morning and I could feel the tug of the pain in my knee. I used this massager once. The next day I went to the gym. I got through four exercise machines using the lower legs that I always feel something while doing them (booty builder, leg press, leg extension, and stair climber) The leg press almost wanted to but never hurt, even after the third set. After a few days of use I can detect a slight improvement in mobility and reduction of pain. Device does feel good on the knee, quite soothing. Very easy to operate and all features work as stated although I use the massage feature primarily. This device along with rest, ice, compression and elevation should help my damaged meniscus.
